All these meditations by Michelle are epic. She manages to combine beautiful poetic imagery with sound meditation practices in such a way that just a few minutes listening can take one into a different mental 'space' of great value. I hope many more are produced and, personally, I would love a good selection of evening meditations to 'mirror' these lovely 'morning' ones too. What a calming and lovely voice too. Thank you.
