In this episode, we are getting into the groundwork of the previous episode to "Set The Tone." We struggle in our goals not because we do not have the willpower, but because we do not have a roadmap built that outlines and keeps us to a steady pace that gets us to the expected results. We are going to "Set The Temperature" for our well being and our lives to make change. We are going to establish the mode and establish the mood; get the atmosphere set to define the ambiance and focus that will allow goals to be met. This time next year, if you set the tone you will be speaking from a totally different lens and that conversation will be "I Overcame That" and That Challenge doesn't own me!

Being Grounded is one of our foundational focuses on being set in the right place and understanding that most of our trauma is based on the place we were planted, but we have the ability to re-plant ourselves in new spaces to get a different view and new pace to change our lives no matter how it started and grow bigger and better than before.

We are back and its about that time of the season that we find ourselves either grilling and seasoning things and we have to get back into what matters. Real talk, we been going through and stressed out and overwhelmed because we been trying to make things happen or squeeze puzzle pieces we feel should fit and its breaking us. We out here screaming and asking God, why is all this going on in my life right now and it's just a revolving door of bad decisions or failed relationships or doors slammed in your face. I am hear to let you know, as we will discuss in Luke 10 that sometimes those things were supposed to happen because you should be at the feet of the Father finding ways to be encouraged, enlightened and empowered staying connected to the source and not being busy as Martha chose to be instead of staying in the place she was originally.
