    What if you’re not exhausted because you’re doing too much…
    but because you’re building a life that doesn’t actually fit.

    We’re told to hustle. Set SMART goals. Push harder. Optimise everything.

    And then motherhood hits.
    And suddenly the goals that once felt powerful feel hollow. Heavy. Like another thing to carry.

    Because sometimes it isn’t burnout.
