Sir Collin Schneider is a classic man. He and his wife run Tried & True Coffee Company and he roasts coffee as Bespoken Coffee Roasters. Mark & Collin have a few things in common, both have awesome ladies for a wife, two kiddos, dogs who happen to be from the same litter, and also cats (unrelated). Mark & Collin have known each other since Mark moved to town in 2014, and have over the years cultivated a friendship in which their conversation lead to growth in being husbands, fathers, and in general just everyday life. This conversation focuses on Collin's faith journey from growing up Catholic and moving to a liberated form of his faith and how it plays out in his life and work.

What is there to say about Dave Dalisky other than he is one of the most genuine people Mark knows. Mark & Dave have been friends since Mark started working at Flat Tail Brewing in 2015, and when they get together they have a good old-fashioned Chinwag that goes off on tangents that keep looping back around.
