    As we step into a new year, I’ve found myself in a deeply reflective space. In this episode of Loving Life – A Guide to a Positive Mindset, I’m sharing a very personal conversation... almost like a voice note to my future self.

    I talk about my youngest turning 15, what it’s stirred in me, and the bittersweet realisation that this chapter of motherhood is slowly changing. The cuddles look different. The conversations change. The future starts to feel closer.

    We explore the beauty and the ache of watching our children grow, the fears that can surface around them becoming more independent, and the gentle practice of learning to let go while still loving deeply.
