Season 1 Finale: God Isn’t Finished Yet

As we close out our first season of Life Reclaimed, we’re looking back at the journey of becoming healthy and remembering a truth we all need to hear: God is not finished with us yet. Growth can feel slow. Healing can feel incomplete. Sometimes we look at the places we still struggle and wonder if real change is even happening. But the story of our faith is not one of perfection. It’s one of a faithful God who keeps working, shaping, healing, and restoring His people over time.

In this season finale, we reflect on what it means to keep walking with Jesus in the middle of the process. We talk about discouragement, hope, and the evidence of God’s grace in seasons that still feel unfinished. If you’ve ever felt behind, stuck, or frustrated by how long growth is taking, this conversation is for you.

We also share a little of what’s next for Life Reclaimed. We do have a bonus episode coming, and then we’ll take a short break before returning with Season 2: Whole.

If you’re looking for something to listen to while you wait, we’re here to help. We’ve created a Spotify playlist featuring some of our favorite worship songs from this Healthy season, songs that have encouraged us, challenged us, and pointed us back to God throughout our own journeys. • S1 E6 | Habits that Heal
    Jun 9 2026

What habits actually help us become healthy?

In this episode of Life Reclaimed, Kim, Brenda, and Cindy explore the daily habits that support healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Together, they brainstorm everything from journaling, exercise, gardening, and time with family to prayer, worship, Scripture, and spending time with God.

As the conversation unfolds, they discover that while many activities can support our well-being, the habits that have most consistently promoted healing in their own lives are the ones that keep them connected to Christ. They discuss why small daily choices matter, how healthy habits help renew our minds, and why lasting change is often built one faithful step at a time.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by the idea of becoming healthier, this episode offers practical encouragement and a reminder that healing rarely happens all at once. God often meets us in the ordinary rhythms of everyday life.

  • S1 E5 | Mental Health and the Christian Mind
    Jun 2 2026

Mental health can feel complicated in Christian spaces.

Some of us were taught to simply pray harder. Others have relied only on practical tools and wondered where faith fits into the conversation. In this episode of Life Reclaimed, Kim, Brenda, and Cindy explore how anxiety, therapy, prayer, and emotional health can work together rather than compete with one another.

Together, they discuss the many factors that can affect our mental health, including stress, trauma, thought patterns, physical health, isolation, and spiritual struggles. They also share personal experiences with anxiety, practical tools that have helped them find stability, and ways God meets us in both prayer and support.

If you've ever wondered whether seeking help means your faith is weak, this conversation offers a gentle reminder: faith and mental health are not enemies. God often works through prayer, community, counseling, healthy habits, and the people he places in our lives.

    • 2 Timothy 1:7

    May 19 2026

    S1 E3 | Body & Soul - Caring for Yourself Without Guilt

Is caring for yourself selfish? Or have many Christian women quietly learned to carry guilt that God never asked them to carry?

In this episode of Life Reclaimed, Kim, Brenda, and Cindy talk honestly about the tension between self-care, stewardship, exhaustion, shame, and spiritual health. Together, they explore the connection between caring for the body and caring for the soul, and why so many women feel guilty for slowing down, resting, or tending to their own needs.

Through personal stories and Biblical perspective, this conversation reframes self-care not as indulgence, but as faithful stewardship. The discussion touches on the Proverbs 31 woman, starting the day with God and His Word, and learning to recognize the difference between conviction from the Holy Spirit and shame that leaves us feeling condemned and defeated.

If you have ever felt like taking care of yourself meant you were failing everyone else, this episode is a reminder that neglect is not holiness, rest is not weakness, and your worth was never meant to be measured by constant exhaustion.
