James and Kieran chat with James' Cousin, Danae Bentley about navigating change - both change that is chosen and change that is thrust upon you by a global pandemic, family tragedy and the world of business.

From Melbourne, Australia to South Africa and then finding herself as a new mum in New York at the start of the Pandemic in early 2020, Danae has had plenty of change to navigate. Her story is an inspiring one and has great insight into how we can make decisions about which risks to take.

He heads up leadership development at a large resource company and we can confirm his name is Scott (we're pretty sure).

Whatever his real name is, he shares his leadership journey and how being an engineer has provided the pathway to where he is now, creating leadership development for the whole organisation.

Having been given the illustrious title of ‘someone that James could work for’, which is saying something, Shelley is probably one of the best leaders in Perth, but unfortunately is currently not in Perth.

Shelly has a background in chemicals and oil and gas, she has a history of starting with an organisation and being quickly promoted. Often, referred to as 'mum', one of the standouts about Shelley is that she flourishes in areas where she is not an expert, but genuinely cares for her people and is a very quick learner.
