I am a Plantbased Accountability Coach and so I spend my days researching , learning and sharing all things Wellness.
It’s really important to me that there should not be any barriers to your Wellness, which is why I started this Podcast.
Each episode I chat through, discuss a different layer of Wellness.
Some episodes are full of helpful hints and tips, some are with guests so you can get a broader view of Wellness.
My coaching system is built around Accountability and it works!
I am also a yoga teacher so I often chat yoga too as this is where my journey with my Wellness began.
