After being diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), I spent years believing healing meant finding my way back to the person I used to be. But every setback reminded me that I wasn't simply recovering. I was changing.

In this episode of Journeys, I share my personal journey of grieving the life I expected, wrestling with questions of identity, and discovering that healing isn't always about going back. Sometimes it's about learning to love the person you're becoming.
