For years I blamed other people for my anger, frustration, reactions, and struggles. What I finally realized through counseling, faith, mentorship, and personal growth is that healing starts when you stop blaming everyone else and start looking in the mirror.
In this episode, I open up about childhood trauma, anger issues, being diagnosed with ADHD at 47, parenting, counseling, faith, and the journey of learning how to heal and grow. I share how therapy, a men’s Bible study group, and surrounding myself with the right people completely changed the way I think and helped me understand myself on a deeper level.
This episode is for anyone struggling with anger, anxiety, trauma, stress, ADHD, loneliness, depression, parenting challenges, or feeling stuck in life. You are not alone, and there is help out there.
Remember, you have to change the way you think if you want to change the way you live.
Subscribe for real talk, faith-driven motivation, and tough love that’ll push you to grow, succeed, and find peace through purpose.
