I spent over 40 hours building a hyper-realistic Tonkatsu Ramen bowl entirely out of cake! From the gravity-defying floating chopsticks to the pineapple-flavored broth, every single detail is edible. Making a cake look like soup is one thing, but getting the internal structure right so the chopsticks didn't snap the chocolate noodles was challenging on a whole other level.
