From handing out leaflets in the pouring rain to learning how to say no to unsuitable clients, she explains how she built her business without relying on heavy discounts or competing with the cheapest groomers in her area.

They also explore pricing, customer experience, money mindset and the importance of building a business around your own values. Elizabeth reveals how she moved from overdrafts and survival mode to savings, holidays and a steadily growing salon that is now working towards £90,000 in turnover, cat grooming and VAT registration in its third year.
