I was climbing the corporate ladder, chasing more money—while giving nothing back to myself. By the time I got home, my time and energy were depleted… and anxiety had taken over. I realized I had to stop blaming my job for my burnout. If I wanted more time, more freedom, more purpose—I had to look inward. Because what was really draining me… was my own patterns—perfectionism, people-pleasing, and not setting boundaries.
