Today’s guest is in the midst of an extraordinary adventure: the Run Around Great Britain challenge, a human‑powered loop of the entire coastline. It’s part endurance feat and part love letter to the country. We catch up with Megan Boxall 117 days into her journey. She talks us through the mishaps, the coastlines, the kindness of strangers, and the moments that make big adventures feel deeply human. She’s well over halfway now, with so much of our beautiful coastline, but still so much to explore.
