Italian Shrimp
2 Sticks of Butter (no substitute)
1 Bottle (8oz) Italian Dressing
½ Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Pounds of Peeled, Deveined Raw Shrimp
- Melt Butter & Mix Dressing & Lemon Juice in Skillet
- Stir in Shrimp and Saute for 5-8 Minutes or so, turning occasionally
- Do not over cook the Shrimp, till they turn pink
Wonderful served over Rice & with snow peas or asparagus & a glass of Pinot Grigio
