I recorded this audio in the Spring of 2025. It has been eye opening to see what God has revealed to me about anxiety, mental overload, and panic attacks in this season. This recording is from the beginning of it all. If you suffer from any of these things, please know you are not alone.

This world has shocked us and left us confused. This weeks events have left me like you, trying to process it all.

Confrontation happens, but how do you respond? I have had more situations than I can count where I have responded in ways that I wish I hadn't. Over the years God has gently showed me a better choice. Let's realize who the real target is and lean on God to navigate the verbal minefield that we face daily. Spoiler alert, the person in front of you isn't the real enemy.

Time is a funny thing. It passes by quicker than you realize, and before long you wonder, what have I done with it? This week we talk about the things that distract us and what time really is.....a precious gift.

It took circumstances in life and a jury summons for me to truly understand the greatness and vastness of God's love for us. The revelation God gave me that day in a courtroom was one that will forever be engrained upon my heart.

I hope your Christmas season was filled with laughter, love, and memories made with those you hold dear. As I reflected on what I experienced this Christmas season God reminded me that even Mother Mary didn't have things go the way she expected. Then He gently reminded me that this year is about to be gone and a new one is coming. Whatever you have went through this year, I pray you can leave it in the past and step forward into the new promises God has for you. Happy New Year, bring on 2025!

Sometimes the hardest thing we can do is give thanks when we are in the moments that hurt, the ones we feel isolated, and the times we know are ending. It's easier to give thanks when we have special moments that make us happy or give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. However the Bible is clear, we are to give thanks in all things ~ 1 Thessalonians 5 : 16-18

Today we talk about how sin grows in those places where it's left unchecked, ignored, or even unprocessed. It's like a mold waiting to spread to any area it can and take whatever it can down with it. Why? Because sin grows in the dark places. We have to bring the light in to completely eradicate the thing that's trying to take us down, and the only light that will do that is Jesus.
