• Healing Through Intentional Endings - Season 1 Finale
    Jul 15 2025

This final episode of Season One is a love letter to the journey. I started this podcast thinking I was simply documenting my healing in real time, but what unfolded was deeper than I expected. Through every conversation, every moment of reflection, I’ve been peeling back layers, letting go of old versions of myself, and learning how to soften without losing my strength.

In this episode, I’m sharing what this season taught me about burnout, survival mode, and the pressure to keep pushing. I talk about how I’ve spent years choosing hard paths just to prove I could handle them, and how I’m now choosing ease on purpose. I share what it means to take off the cape, stop performing strength, and finally make space for joy, rest, creativity, and alignment.

This isn’t the end of Healing in Progress. It’s an intentional pause. A moment to integrate, reflect, and move forward without rushing.

I invite you to reflect on your own journey. What are you ready to release? What kind of life are you ready to receive? Because healing doesn’t stop here. It just finds new ways to unfold.

Thank you for growing with me. Thank you for listening. I’ll see you next season.

  • Healing Through Reflection
    Jun 11 2025

In this solo episode, I’m taking a moment to reflect on what this podcast journey has revealed so far. Not just about healing, but about myself. I revisit the first six episodes and share what I’ve learned from each conversation, including the ways I’ve softened, slowed down, and reconnected with my truth.

I talk about releasing hustle culture, redefining ambition, and allowing myself to be fully seen without performance. This season has been full of growth, grief, love, and powerful shifts. If you’ve been on the journey with me, this is a moment to pause and reflect. If you’re just tuning in, welcome. Healing is happening here, and this episode is a beautiful reminder that transformation starts with telling the truth about where we are and where we want to be.
