Reality = Really Is

In this episode, we confront the lie that yesterday is final. Fear, doubt, and worry, alongside the culprit sabotage driven by survival, have kept us in a cycle of yesterday, causing us to struggle emotionally by being tied to a day that we can never return to.

The reality is that our souls have been tricked into being tied to moments of the torture from the days, moments, or years that we can never experience again in our lives. We have to break that mentality by living in the forwardness of today, noting that today is the best day of our lives because, at one point, we never thought we would be on this side. This is the truth: even in the darkness light exists, and even after darkness light exists.

And it is your choice to live in the reality that this really is—why you were chosen to navigate what was before so that you can live in the reality that you defeated yesterday. And for this reason, you must validate today by sharing your story of yesterday.
