Happy Valentines Day! A Reminder - You are Loved and that You are Not Alone!

Yes! We All experience losses. We grieve loved ones who have passed on much too soon and we miss them especially on special occasions such birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.

Today it is Valentines Day, and you may miss a significant someone in your life. You may question why or ask does anyone hear me, or care what I going through? Yes, I care for I have grieved. You are Heard.

"Grief Listening Within" episodes. What did you place in your Self-care Wellness Kit that may be helpful to you now or in moments of sadness, or feeling alone?

If you have created Not created a wellness Self-care Kit yet, you can get started with some comforting items i.e. adult coloring books, poems, photos, journal, God or Memory Box. Please let me know if you need help in Fan mail or Facebook page- "Grief Listening Within."

guided meditations, visualizations and prayer and Venn Diagrams.
