The church is a people who have been given a new heart and a new spirit and, by nature of that, are called to follow Christ and make Him known in the world. And, because the church is the sum of all its parts, we will never be like the Acts 2 unless the Holy Spirit has taken up residence in our lives, transforming our hearts to care more about Jesus and less about us.
