It's time for women to lean out. To fck off the things we will no longer accept or do. We've made a list, and it's quite long, so we made it into a podcast. Three fierce women. No filters. Zero apologies. Join Jasmin Bedir, Carly Pelham and Jen Dobbie as they name everything they're done with — from impossible beauty standards to menopause signs, working like you don't have kids to parenting like you don't have a job. This isn't wellness. It's liberation. Listen in and decide what deserves to get in the bin. What's on your list?

  • Fck It Files: Euphoria & The Art of Taking Credit
    Jun 24 2026

Today we're talking Euphoria - not just the story of a show gone bad, but one of a man leaving his creative control unchecked, and the age old story of a female artist not getting credit where credit is due.
In this segment, Carly takes Jas and Jen through the full paper trail: the woman whose creative vision built this world and never got the credit, the talent who walked, the ones who stayed and what it cost them, and why one Reddit comment about "must-see crash TV" might be the most honest review of the year. They're putting something on the Fck It List today, and it's bigger than one show.

  • Fck being invisible with Kylie Jones
    Jun 17 2026

Today, we're talking about the disappearing act society performs on women the second they hit 50. Invisible to employers, invisible to advertisers, invisible to policy, and sometimes invisible in their own homes. So who decided that experience, wisdom, and a no-fucks-given energy were a liability? And why is the marketing industry still spending a trillion-dollar opportunity on grey-haired stock photos?

Jas, Carly, and Jen sit down with Kylie Jones, founder of 50 and Fearless, a global community of over one million women that she built in under 18 months from her most broken point, to unpack the ageism baked into Australian workplaces and boardrooms, the science behind why perimenopause is actually a power shift (not a decline), and why the rising divorce rate in women's 50s has nothing to do with "losing their marbles" and everything to do with finally finding them.

  • Fck It Files: Fck the Age Gap
    Jun 10 2026

Today, we're putting the age gap under the microscope. Why is it that a 50-year-old man dating a 20-year-old is a punchline at best and a status symbol at worst, while women who dare to do the same get labelled, ridiculed, and given the nickname, “cougar."

Jas, Carly, and Jen dig into the Leonardo DiCaprio dating graph that broke the internet, the neuroscience of the prefrontal cortex and why "she's over 18" is doing a lot of heavy lifting, and the wildly different cultural responses to older men dating younger women versus older women doing the exact same thing. They unpack the power imbalances baked into big age gaps, the provider narrative that quietly normalises them, and why the word "cougar" says everything about how little patience society has for women doing whatever the hell they want.
