National Signing Day has been good to the FAMU faithful as the energy which has been surrounding the program continues to momentum that a new Coach who has favor with the faithful garners.

And this kind of distraction is exactly what the faithful needed during a time when the Basketball teams are struggling.

But Uncle Mo might also be extending to the diamond as well as we see both Baseball and Softball begin the season coming off red hot seasons.

Lets also not forget that Uncle Mo has been doing some work on the Track as FAMU’s track program is laying a foundation for rattler pride to be exuded to even the like to the most down trodden rattler.

It’s a good time to celebrate some wins.

The Basketball teams have losing streaks but the track team is finding its stride and the spring sports start this week.

But the big news in Rattler Nation is the success of the Restore the Strike fund raiser.

FAMU’s major officer and all of Rattler Nation are owed a huge congratulations and if you have not already made a contribution I hope to encourage you to make a small donation as many hands make light work.

It is a place of honor to see that FAMU is capable of raising that much money as a unit.

Both FAMU’s Men’s and Women's basketball teams have something to prove.

The ladies were humbled at home while the gentlemen walked out of the gym with a one point loss.

Despite these setbacks the Rattler Basketball team still finds itself near the top of the SWAC and in the Hunt for a Conference title.

Also the FAMU Track team heads to Clemson while the Tennis team gets into the swing of things.

We may also have some special guest Avengers on the show.
