My guest today is Marty Strong. Marty has been a leader and business consultant for decades, first in uniform as a combat-decorated Navy SEAL, and then in commercial business. Marty is the author of 2 fictional series, The time warrior sagas, and the SEAL strike series, before releasing his newest book, Be Nimble – How the Creative Navy SEAL Mindset Wins on the Battlefield and in Business.

I’ll be honest, I nerd out anytime I can talk to a former SEAL or any special operator. I find their experience, mindset, work ethic to be so inspiring. And Marty didn’t disappoint. We talked about the differences in people that do and don’t make it through seal training, what it takes to finish any mission, the specific mindset it takes to lead others and so much more.
