In this episode I am joined by Rebecca Anastasia Verrall and Katie Holland, two incredible women that are trained in their own respective therapeutic modalities and who both hold a passion for heart centred empowerment and sovereignty. Rebecca and Katie are hosting a three day women’s retreat in West Cork this April 19th-21st 2024 that will focus on empowering the self through the medium of sacred dance. Awakened Belly Dance, Cacao ceremony, InnerDance, Sufi Whirling, Blue Lotus ceremony, lots of laughs and yummy food are just some aspects of what you can expect from the weekend - no prior dance training required! Katie has been studying various modalities of sacred dance for over 10 years and is the founder of Awakened Belly Dance. She has a passion in life to see just how free one can be from constructs of the mind! Rebecca has been trained as a facilitator in InnerDance, a practice that works with the life force energy that each individual possesses and works on shifting blocks that interfere with surrendering to the power within. After January 30th the price is €444. The deposit for the retreat (either price) is €173.
