How to practice self-awareness:
1) Let go of the victim mentality.
2) Ask people around you for honest feedback
3) Measure the fruit of your life not just the work of your life.
4) Journal and be still.
5) If you couldn’t blame anyone or anything what would the answer/solution be.
6) Ask yourself questions. Don’t just ask why, ask how. WHY addresses and highlights the issue, but HOW challenges and maps a way forward.
7) Let go of the fear of being wrong and uncomfortable.
8) Check your laziness.
