Met interesting people this year that amplified this thinking in me.

Wezile and myself walked out of a politically charged talk show guised as arming the youth, having found it to be pretty much less than useless.
I am grateful for the walk to our respective taxis on which we got to have our own show - which directed me and energized us both after what depressing sermon we sat through.
We are not dumb
governments should stop treating us like R graders and maybe we, too
need stop overlooking each other's points of brilliance.
Black kids need to respect each other better

Even boring systems can be exciting when perfected
I may not get everything right
but I'm definitely here to learn, to action towards the goal post of my creations
I saw 200 average poor black kids like myself in that hall
and none of them
is without a mind on what to do.
