Chris Ryan is a nationally recognized performance coach, entrepreneur, and founder of the Chris Ryan Fitness app — a science-driven strength and longevity platform built for ambitious professionals who want to perform at a high level in business, at home, and in their bodies.


A former Division I track & field athlete at the University of Florida, Chris was named one of America’s Top 10 Trainers and rose to national prominence as a featured trainer on NBC’s STRONG. He later became a founding trainer for MIRROR (lululemon Studio), helping pioneer the connected fitness movement before at-home training became mainstream.


For more than 15 years, Chris has trained executives, founders, athletes, and high-performing parents while contributing to publications including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and Shape. He has partnered with global brands such as Nike, lululemon, and Polo Ralph Lauren, and has built his own subscription-based fitness platform serving clients nationwide.


Chris specializes in helping driven adults build strength, improve metabolic health, and extend peak performance into their 40s, 50s, and beyond — without extreme dieting or time-consuming workouts. His approach blends strength training, mobility, conditioning, and recovery science into efficient systems designed for real-world demands.
