Episode 1! Learning to be OK with imperfection is such an essential practice when you want to be creative. So much that we do as we create is imperfect and so many of us struggle with perfectionism. In this short guided mindfulness meditation, we explore how cultivating a loving attitude of "OKness" can help counter the voice of the inner critic.
This is my first episode and it is IMPERFECT. It is sufficiently OK though to share! I calmed my inner critic :)
