Name: Demandred's Second Best????
Inspiration: Demandred seems like he would be a guy that would order a pretentious cocktail, that seems manly. So I thought the Sazerac would be fitting since I see it as a bougier play on an Old Fashioned. Personally, I like an Old Fashioned better, so I'd say this is second best just like Demandred.
Cocktail Recipe:
Rinse chilled rocks glass with absence, discard any excess, set aside
in a mixing glass with ice:
muddle a sugar cube with 1/2 tsp of water and 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
add 2.5 oz rye whiskey
stir 15-20 seconds
strain into prepared glass
express lemon peel over drink, then garnish
