On July 31st, 1999, two best friends J.B. Beasley and Tracie Hawlett were on their way to a party, when somewhere along the way they got lost. After asking a woman for directions at a closed convenience store, they were not seen alive again. The next day they were found in the trunk of their car, dead. For 2 decades the police were not able to find out who murdered the girls. Until they did with the help of DNA and genetic genealogy.
