Hey guys! Long time no talk! Sorry this took me forever. Life has been a little hectic lately but I'm back and I'm better! I recorded this one December first, because it just felt right to start the first day of the last month of 2023 doing something I love.
In this episode, I talk about about how healing is so hard. It's not easy like social media likes to make it seem like, but it's so worth it in the end! I talk about my struggles with healing and how much it has improved my life this past year. I hope you guys can relate and enjoy the episode!
