I have tinnitus which drives me Crazy at night. when it’s quiet The ringing/tone seems so loud. With the help of these extremely relaxing sounds played into my ear the tone went away when I focused and listened to the audio. I was asleep in no time.

I loved that there different scenarios the balance of music and narrative was perfect. I'm losing clarity of sight so audible books the way forward as I love to read, been on Kindle unlimited for years. Listen to this it's beautiful I fell asleep earbuds still in and didn't know I had until I woke up 6.30am. Really nice but Jamies story telling is very short & then it relies upon soundscape. It’s great don’t get me wrong but I just start to get into the story & it’s over.
