This week on Glow Brighter with Toni, I’m getting real about something I’ve been struggling with lately: motivation.
After navigating huge life changes—from moving, a car wreck, getting sick, and even losing a crown—I’ve noticed my motivation has been running on empty. And honestly? I know I’m not alone in that feeling.
But during a conversation with friends, the universe delivered exactly the message I needed through a Mindful Mondays article called:
“Discipline Is Remembering What You Want.”
It reminded me that motivation comes and goes… but discipline is what keeps us connected to ourselves, our healing, and our purpose.
In this episode, I talk about the small ways I’ve continued showing up for myself—daily walks with Milo, allowing myself space to breathe, and reconnecting to what matters most even during difficult seasons. I also share how the 5 C’s have become discipline pillars helping me stay aligned and grounded.
