• Episode 27: Bologna Sandwich
    Jun 29 2026

Episode 27 and we’re back after a little break, which means we spend the first few minutes trying to remember how to do a podcast.

Ant talks about his trip to Dallas for a tattoo convention, the rental car line from hell, driving through Texas, good food, good photos, and running into people he hasn’t seen in years. Taco brings in one of the wildest house stories we’ve had on here, and somehow that turns into chicken nuggets, ghosts, time travel, reincarnation, parallel realities, and what happens after we die.

We also talk about Ant fixing his car in an AutoZone parking lot and feeling like a real man for about 20 minutes.

Episode 27 is a little rusty, very random, and exactly where we left off. Texas stories, bad pivots, weird theories, and bologna sandwiches.

  • Episode 26: Soggy Buns
    Jun 22 2026

Episode 26 is a classic Dial Tone detour. We kick things off fresh off a smash burger run at Overruled in downtown Jacksonville and somehow end up deep in beef tallow, bike shopping, step counts, gym plateaus, dentures, sweet treats, and the emotional pull of a Ninja Creami.

From there, things go everywhere. We talk about weight loss, getting older, customer service disasters, oil change appointments, Subway meatball betrayal, religion, spirituality, people minding their business, politics, presidents just being regular people, and why New York might actually burn down if the Knicks win it all.

It is loose, loud, all over the place, and exactly what Dial Tone is supposed to be.

  • Episode 25: Protein Packing
    Jun 15 2026

In this episode of Dial Tone Podcast, we hit episode 25 and somehow turn a simple pre-trip catch-up into conversations about airport runs, stressful haircut timing, packing for Dallas, travel toiletries, tattoo convention prep, and why getting tattooed sounds fun until you’re actually in the chair.

We also get into the wild side of tattoo placements, Anthony’s upcoming tattoo ideas, protein coffee, the rise of “protein” everything, and a full breakdown of the movie Chef. From food trucks and fatherhood to creative burnout, criticism, social media, and finding your way back to what you love, this one turns into a surprisingly solid movie review with the usual Dial Tone chaos mixed in.

There’s also talk about Spotify, YouTube Premium, old music streaming days, 50 Cent, LimeWire, podcast apps, and why some subscriptions feel worth it while others just keep getting more annoying.

Episode 25 is a mix of travel prep, tattoo talk, movie thoughts, music nostalgia, and the kind of random conversations that only happen when we sit down and just let it go.

  • Episode 24: All The Small Things
    Jun 8 2026

This week on Dial Tone, we get into the strange little moments that make adulthood feel real. Hunting for a place to rent, dealing with property management companies, buying tools, getting excited over pots and pans, and realizing that house stuff is suddenly fun now.

We talk about how hard it can be to find a place to live, the weird rules that come with renting, and why the whole process feels way more complicated than it should. From there, we get into moving, cleaning out old clothes, weight loss, gym burnout, blood work, sleep, and all the small changes that come with trying to get your life together.

Somewhere along the way, we also talk about The Bear, Severance, Better Call Saul, classic TV shows, the Knicks, Mike Tyson, boxing, running, soccer players, ultramarathons, and fixed gear bikes.

It’s a classic Dial Tone episode. Random, honest, a little chaotic, and somehow goes from rent applications to neon yellow pee by the end.

  • Episode 23: We Don't Know Sports
    Jun 1 2026

Episode 23 starts exactly how you’d expect: us trying to talk sports while barely knowing enough sports to be trusted with the conversation. We get into jersey numbers, baseball games, old team names, minor league baseball, and somehow end up talking about the Great Depression, racial slurs, Amish communities, Red Dead Redemption horse crashes, and why old traditions are still hanging on.

From there, the episode turns into a mix of life updates and real conversations about getting older, feeling more like an adult, moving, building a home setup, saving money, buying tires, journaling, decluttering, and trying to build a life that actually feels intentional.

Ant talks about getting back into analog writing, setting up a new Traveler’s Notebook, keeping old hotel key cards and memories, and wanting to archive journals for the future. Taco gives an update on moving from the camper into the shed, buying a fridge, setting up water lines, and slowly turning the space into something that works.

It’s a classic Dial Tone episode: random, funny, all over the place, but somehow still about growing up, figuring life out, and trying to enjoy the weird little moments along the way.

  • Episode 22: Low Riders
    May 25 2026

This week, Ant and Taco start off mellow and somehow end up everywhere: gardening, denture updates, late-night Denny’s runs, weird wedding photography scams, photography ethics, future dream jobs, money stress, sprinter van fantasies, personal drivers, old cars, tint tickets, manual transmissions, lowriders, and the slow evolution of Ant’s photography wagon setup.

Taco talks about getting back into the garden, eating biscuits with no teeth, and running into someone from an old Denny’s story, while Ant gets into photography, wedding disasters, creative goals, wanting to shoot more, and what life could look like if work, travel, tattoos, and photography all came together.

It’s a laid-back, random, funny episode about work, creativity, money, cars, and the kind of conversations that only happen when one host is tired and the other is fully ready to go off the rails.

    May 18 2026

In this episode of Dial Tone, we get into everything from sending postcards across the world to falling back in love with pen and paper, handwriting, cursive, photography, and the weird ways creativity sneaks back into your life.

We talk about Postcrossing, vintage postcards, getting too attached to our phones, going down TikTok rabbit holes, and why old-school hobbies still feel special in a world where everything is instant. From there, Anthony breaks down a recent graduation photoshoot, dealing with broken gear, being surrounded by other photographers, learning how to pose people, and trying to grow as an artist without putting too much pressure on the work.

The episode also gets into dreams, creative insecurity, photography goals, tattoo conventions, van life, working remotely, and the strange feeling of realizing your work has reached people you’ve never even met.

It’s a longer, more creative episode about art, growth, comparison, and trying to keep chasing the things that make you feel something.

  • Episode 20: Stamped & Stolen
    May 11 2026

In Episode 20 of Dial Tone Podcast, we somehow start with our eyes closed, recording in the dark on a rainy Jacksonville day, and end up deep in stories about old cars, Facebook Marketplace rabbit holes, postcard exchanges, USPS shipping supplies, graffiti stickers, and the weird creative habits that stick with you for years.

From there, the conversation turns into a chaotic trip through old Circle K memories, late-night gas station shifts, strange customers, help desk disasters, free soda, safe drops, and the kind of workplace stories that only make sense when you lived through them. We also get into the funny, questionable, and sometimes ridiculous line between “taking,” collecting, stealing, and pushing your luck.

It’s a classic Dial Tone episode full of random stories, old job trauma, dumb ideas, creative side quests, and the kind of conversations that somehow go everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
