In this lesson, Mr. Pushpendra establishes the need to inculcate ethics and etiquette. The lesson begins with describing ethics as moral principles which are determined by larger societal forces, and within the purview of which fall individual and personal value system. The lesson talks about the need to develop a sound value system that boasts of ethical behavior on both personal and professional fronts, and then goes on to delineate the need to have strong code of etiquette, while citing instances of poor etiquette that should be avoided.
