About this listen
In this lesson, Mr. Pushpendra elucidates the importance of having and sustaining a good health, establishing a firm connection between good health and personality. The lesson affirms that people with sound health are regarded as being more disciplined, controlled, and balanced than those who are unhealthy. Even in a situation of a job interview, a healthy person is given preference over a seemingly unhealthy one, as an unhealthy person is considered to be an unguaranteed product that no one would like to rely upon. The lesson goes on to encourage the participating candidates to self-evaluate their health through a series of some insightful questions pertaining to health and fitness
The following questions are meant to develop more understanding of the topic The answers to these questions will not be used for grading.
1. What do you mean by the saying "A sound mind resides in a sound body?"
2. Why do employers prefer healthy individuals over unhealthy ones as employees?
3. Suggest the ways in which one could overcome unhealthy habits like smoking and drinking.
