In Part 1, I never said the word "Starseed" - but that's the foundation of this whole journey.

Follow the clues with me as I discovered what a Starseed is and why the Pleiades kept showing up everywhere. Our galactic family - the Pleiadians, Arcturians, Sirians, etc. - they've all worked through their species' core wounds and learned to heal them. Now they're here to support Earth through this transition.

Many of us carry memories of those other lifetimes, other civilizations. Maybe that's why you feel a vague homesickness for a place you don't remember. We're built for a different frequency, and that's exactly what Earth needs right now.

How did I go from materialist corporate worker to someone who channels aliens and believes I carry galactic DNA? It started with a Netflix show.

For most of my life, I thought I felt safe. What I didn’t realise was that what I was living with was actually a nervous system in constant threat, with moments of relief. I didn’t know what true safety felt like.

In this episode, I explore how early experiences, trauma and chronic hypervigilance shaped my relationship to safety. And why insight and talk therapy alone were never enough to create lasting change.

This is the path that led me back into my body through somatic healing, deep rest and working with plant medicine in Peru. This process fundamentally changed how I live, relate, and serve.

This is a reflection on safety as an embodied state, not a concept, and why learning to create it within ourselves is foundational for healing, clarity and holding safe space for others.

For most of my life, I felt like an outsider. Like I was missing some essential instruction manual for being human.

In this episode, I explore the long journey of trying to belong by becoming more like everyone else, and the moment I realised that the belonging I was searching for could only come from discovering who I actually am.

I share how growing up with abandonment, isolation and a sensitive nervous system shaped my strategies for earning connection, from achievement and people pleasing to staying too long in misaligned relationships, work and spiritual spaces. I reflect on the shame of feeling “defective,” the relief of understanding myself through frameworks like trauma, neurodivergence and intuition, and why none of those labels fully captured my experience.

This is an exploration of the outsider experience, the deep homesickness many of us carry, and what happens when we stop asking “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking “Who am I?”

If you’ve never quite fit into the boxes available, this episode is an invitation to consider that your difference may be part of your original blueprint, and that belonging doesn’t come from fitting in, but from belonging fully to yourself.
