Animal Aid was delighted to sit down with vegan GP, bodybuilder, and animal advocate Dr Minil Patel for the latest episode of our podcast, Conversations on Compassion.

Minil opens up about his remarkable personal journey, detailing his transition from an "almost carnivore" diet to a fully plant-based lifestyle. He shatters common myths about vegan fitness by sharing how he built his best-ever physique entirely on plants, confirming that a well-planned vegan diet easily delivers all the protein our bodies need.
