Do you feel called to more but have no idea what that “more” is?
Do you want to impact lives at work, in your community, and at home — but aren’t sure how?
Are you doubting your ability to lead and wondering if it’s too late?
Are you overwhelmed and thinking, “I can’t possibly add one more thing to my plate”?

I’m so glad you’re here.

This podcast will help you finally live out the purpose God has for you, grow a deeper connection with your Savior, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around you.

Hi, I’m Pam Pegram — a wife, mom, MeMe, Entrepreneur and Jesus lover. Like you, I felt called to more but spent a lot of time arguing with God, trying to convince Him I didn’t have the capacity. Eventually, I realized He wasn’t asking me to do more — He was inviting me into more with Him. That changed everything.

Once I gave in and surrendered it all to Him - I began to grow into the woman He created me to be, started seeing lives change around me, and finally discovered I had time for everything He actually called me to — without stress.

Now, I help women grow in confidence, gain clarity in their purpose as they follow God's plan, and find the time to do it all. It's not as hard as you think. You just need a little guidance and encouragement.

If you're ready to shift your focus from your position to the purpose behind it… to trade confusion for clarity on your next steps… and to expand your influence in a way that makes an eternal difference — all while learning to rest in Him — you’re in the right place.

So grab your coffee, your journal, and that half-finished to-do list... and let’s get going.

  • 242. You Don't Need to Know God's Whole Plan - Just Your Next Step
    Jun 30 2026

Have you ever found yourself praying,

"God, if You'll just show me the whole plan, I'll do it."

Friend, what if God never intended for us to see the entire journey?

In this episode of Confident Christian Influence, we're talking about why God often reveals the next step—not the whole plan. If you've been waiting for complete clarity before moving forward, this conversation is for you.

You'll discover why faith isn't about having every answer, how God leads us one step at a time, and how taking one simple act of obedience can move you closer to His purpose for your life.

If you've been feeling stuck, uncertain, or afraid of making the wrong decision, I pray this episode encourages you to stop waiting for the perfect plan and start trusting the God who already knows it.

In this episode, we'll talk about:
    • Why God rarely gives us the entire blueprint.
    • What the Bible teaches about walking by faith instead of sight.
    • How to gain clarity without knowing every detail.
    • The difference between waiting on God and delaying because of fear.
    • Why small acts of obedience often lead to extraordinary impact.
    • One simple coaching question that can help you identify your next faithful step.
    Scripture Mentioned
    • Hebrews 11:1
    • Psalm 119:105
    • James 1:5
    Your Next Step Challenge

Before you move on to the next thing, take a moment to ask yourself:

What is one thing God has already been asking me to do?

    Not your five-year plan.

    Not every answer.

    Just your next faithful step.

Then, come join us inside the Confident Christian Leadership Facebook community (click here) and share one sentence:

    "My next step is __________."

We would love to pray for you, encourage you, and celebrate as you step forward in faith.

  • 240. 5 Essentials to Find Clarity in God's Plan for Your Leadership
    Jun 16 2026

Don't miss out on fulfilling the plan and the purpose God has for you.

    Don't miss your calling.

Richard Blackaby said, "Some people never experience the mighty work God intended to do in and through their life because they don’t have the patience to allow God to bring His work to maturity." That quote is what has led us to this episode.

There are 5 Non-negotiables if we want to experience God's divine direction and intervention in our life so that we can become who He is calling us to become and do what He created us to do. I can't wait to share them with you.

As a Believer, you are called to lead. There are people in your sphere of influence who need your guidance, your leadership, and your encouragement in order for them to find their way to Jesus. You have seeds to plant. You are called to make a difference.

If you want to say yes - you need to know these 5 essentials.

    1. You must do it God's way.

    2. You must know what the Bible says.

    3. You must be in continual fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

    4. You must ask for Divine Guidance

    5. You must be willing to to obey it when you receive it.
