    With the stolen disc finally in hand, the crew of the Clockwork Cadaver gathers for a long-awaited viewing of the truth hidden inside. As Lillian prepares the recording behind newly installed privacy glass, strange energies stir within the tavern and old fears begin to surface.

    What starts as a quiet morning quickly becomes something far more dangerous. The recording reveals disturbing evidence, forgotten secrets, and a threat that may reach far beyond the factions of Veridia. Meanwhile, the city's fragile balance continues to crack as kobolds, philosophers, constables, morticians, and power brokers all move their pieces across the board.

    New alliances are tested, old mysteries deepen, and one question hangs over every conversation:
