Every time I think I'm humble, God shows me a new layer of pride He wants me to work on. The journey of sanctification doesn't stop until we meet Jesus. Until then, the Holy Spirit is still showing me ways I can be embracing self denial in my day-to-day life. Let's talk about 5 of them:

1. Being obedient even when I don’t feel like it
2. Spending time with Him, even if I don’t have anything to talk about
3. Viewing work as worship, instead of dream-chasing
4. Taking risks
5. Making the most of where God has me (the HARDEST)

Most men are living to prove themselves—chasing money, status, and validation—but it's a game they can never win. In this episode, we create space to talk honestly about male insecurity, something rarely addressed in men's programming.

We break down the common areas where men feel insecure (money, looks, popularity) and explore what the Bible actually says about our worth and identity. The truth is: insecurities are bondage. And insecure men are unsafe. As men, we must turn to the only perfect man there's ever been if we seek freedom.

• Why most insecurities stem from not knowing who you are and why you matter
• What the Bible says about money, looks, and popularity
• How insecurity leads to sinful and destructive behavior
• The choice between living for God's approval or the world's validation
• Reflection questions to help you identify and address your insecurities

Have you ever worked so hard for something, get it, and not be as happy as you thought you would? I HATE when that happens. The world conditions us to chase after goals and accolades in hopes of satisfying that whole in our hearts. But things never seem to pay off.

This is one reason why the idea of being satisfied in the Lord always intrigued me. The only problem is that this sounded so unrealistic to me...until now.

Though the Church is meant to embody unity in Christ, it has housed racial division for much of its history. Conversations about race are quickly shut down in the name of preserving comfort or a superficial sense of unity. It seems Black Christians, in particular, are frequently accused of “idolizing their race” whenever they speak about their racialized experiences. But does this kind of avoidance truly promote unity—or does it cause deeper harm? What place does race, ethnicity and culture have in the Kingdom of God? Should we ever mention them? If so, how?
