• Episode #21 - Body Image: Confident in God’s Design
    Feb 17 2026

Society continually presents images and messages that shape how women view themselves, often influencing their sense of worth and identity. These pressures can promote harmful ideas and behaviors, leading some to live with a distorted understanding of who they truly are.

Today, we are reminded and encouraged that our worth, confidence, and value are found in Christ alone, just as God intended. We gain a true and accurate view of ourselves when we look to Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, Hebrews 12:2.

When feelings of worthlessness arise, or when you are tempted to criticize yourself, remember that you are God’s intentional design. He thinks of you constantly. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, Psalm 139:14, and your identity is secure in Christ, Galatians 2:20.

  • Episode #20: Starting the Day with Jesus: Listening Before Doing.
    Feb 4 2026

Whether we acknowledge it or not, everyone has habits, but only a few intentionally craft the first part of their day with Jesus. Many people are satisfied with their destination, yet they neglect to enjoy the journey by using the first part of the day wisely.

In Scripture, Jesus took time to pray and to spend time with His Father. Finding that time may not always be easy, but our prayer life and Bible study are vital connections between us and God. Like Jesus, we must make time to be alone with God, even if that means getting up before daybreak.

In today’s podcast, we will learn why spending the first part of our day with Jesus is so important and how being in God’s presence daily helps us handle life’s challenges more easily. Just as the life of a deer depends on water (Psalm 42:1), our lives depend on God. Those who seek Him and long to understand Him find never ending life.

  • Episode 19: Forgiveness, When It Is Hard.
    Jan 21 2026

As fallen people living in a fallen world, we fail to understand we mishear, misspeak, misunderstand or we are not available when others need us. The result is often hurt, hurt that must be acknowledge and we must seek to forgive.

Today’s episode will teach us that forgiveness is a lifelong event. We cannot just say, “I forgive you” once and move on. To walk in an attitude of mercy, to forgive over and over again each day when we are tempted to be bitter, these acts of faith and obedience keep us anchored in God’s love because our conflicts constantly remind us of how much we need His grace. When we make it our goal to forgive we live like Christ. The wonderful result is that we bear witness to Jesus and proclaim to a watching world that God loves you and sent His Son to die for us (John 17:23).

  • Episode #17: Surviving and Thriving as a Caregiver! How to press forward!
    Nov 19 2025

Life has its share of challenges, and when we are in caregiving roles, we may experience moments of frustration. It's easy to feel disheartened when workloads become heavy or we experience emotional fatigue. During challenging moments, caregivers often need encouragement and reassurance.

The essence of being a caregiver stems from our hearts. Having a nurturing heart allows us to engage with and understand those around us better.

This podcast will remind you that within our caregiving roles, God equips us with divine strength (Isaiah 40:29). Every time we uplift someone, we reflect His image more deeply. By serving others, we experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from knowing we are part of a greater purpose. This serves as a beautiful reminder that caring is an act of worship

When we embrace our calling as caregivers and surrender our troubles to God, we find an everlasting wellspring of joy (Proverbs 17:22).

  • Episode #16 - Called to be More: Discovering Your God given Purpose.
    Nov 4 2025

People are still searching. Yet the more they try to get, the more they realize how little they really have. No purpose, pleasure, or happiness is possible without God.

This podcast will discuss that purpose is not found in knowledge, money, pleasure, work, or popularity. Without God, purpose is a lost search. True purpose comes from knowing and loving God (John 14:15) and knowing that what we are doing is part of God's purpose for our lives.

Fear God throughout your life and fill your life with serving God and others rather than selfish pleasures. If we fear God and keep His commandments, we've tapped into true wisdom that will guide us on the right path through life. "Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to Him" (Psalm 128:1).

  • Episode #14: Trusting God through Life’s Transitions
    Oct 8 2025

Today we will look at the life and personal testimony of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12. The phrase, “When I am weak, then I am strong,” teaches us that there are times when God may answer a prayer with a “no.” This truth can be challenging to accept. Even on a human level, if an individual has difficulty saying “no,” it can be considered a fault. Some things should be said “no” to. God is not a “yes man,” and the purpose of prayer isn’t to obtain our desires so much as to align ourselves with God’s will. Paul grasped this invaluable lesson: God’s grace is sufficient for us in our weakness, and through that weakness we are made strong. We will be blessed if we recognize that we have no real power in ourselves as we go through transitions—except for Christ in us. Christ provides the strength for us to withstand whatever challenges lie before us.
