They discuss how constant stimulation and distraction can contribute to it, and why pausing rather than forcing progress may be necessary.

The two also share signs they notice in themselves, including brain fog, mental ping-ponging, forgetting meals, drinking less water, and feeling physically swollen or bloated. Azure talks about slowing down, breathing, and using rhythmic music to reconnect with her own rhythm.

They consider burnout as a signal to reflect on boundaries, habits, and direction, and ask whether we still want to stay on the same path. They end by discussing whether this experience can also be a form of redirection or a change in what we no longer want.
