Boundary setting is meant to be scary, uncomfortable, and challenging. Anything worth doing in healing will not feel natural, AT FIRST. Just know that with growth, comes a little bit of pain... but in the best way.
This episode concludes the series on boundaries and what they mean to us post recovery. It's the first step towards really, truly getting to know ourselves and proving that we have the power to override our patterns.
