    Nik Tsoukales

Helping Service Businesses Scale past $1M/year With Honest, Data-Driven Marketing.

Nikitas Tsoukalis grew up working in his family’s small businesses in Boston — first in a donut shop, then a pizzeria, and eventually in the same building where he launched his first company. Those early years taught him work ethic, resilience, and what it really takes to earn a customer’s trust. Over the past two decades, he carried those lessons into the digital world, becoming a go-to strategist for service businesses that depend on consistent client flow to survive.

What makes Nikitas compelling isn’t just his marketing knowledge — it’s his perspective. He blends old-school, hands-on entrepreneurship with modern digital acquisition strategies. He’s spent years inside the trenches with business owners, seeing what they struggle with daily: unpredictable leads, bad agency experiences, wasted ad spend, and the pressure of keeping a team and family supported.

Today, he shares those experiences openly — the wins, the mistakes, the experiments, the things that worked, and the things that absolutely didn’t. He talks about the lessons he learned from real businesses, real clients, and real campaigns, and how those lessons shaped the systems he teaches now. Whether it’s fixing Google Ads, simplifying the chaos of marketing, or helping an owner finally break through, Nikitas brings a practical, honest, deeply human perspective that audiences relate to.

If you’re looking for a guest who understands business at the street level and the strategic level — someone who can tell real stories, offer real takeaways, and connect with entrepreneurs who want clarity without the fluff — Nikitas is the voice they’ll want to hear.

  • Book 101 Review, now in its sixth season, features Philip Saparov as a guest—an accomplished author and mentor known for teaching Awakened Entrepreneurship, a philosophy grounded in practical spirituality, conscious manifesting, and purpose-driven high performance. In this episode, Philip shares how aligning inner awareness with disciplined action creates sustainable success, offering readers and listeners a compelling perspective on entrepreneurship that integrates meaning, clarity, and real-world execution.

    Philip Saparov

Author & mentor teaching Awakened Entrepreneurship, grounded in practical spirituality, manifesting, and purpose-driven high performance.

In June 2019, I walked away from a version of myself that no longer felt true. After years in New York City where life felt like a grind, I finally listened to the quiet intuition I’d been ignoring and made the leap. I left my car, my apartment, my city, and my country with only about five weeks worth of expenses in the bank. I was building the airplane while already in flight.

That jump became the beginning of my real life’s work. As I rebuilt my income from scratch, guided by my sense of purpose, I discovered that manifesting is a practical discipline, not an airy fairy concept. It is really a combination of self-knowledge, clarity, inner alignment, and consistent action. I have a process I call Awakened Entrepreneurship, through which I experienced profound personal healing, developed powerful intuition, and learned how to create outcomes that finally matched who I truly am.

Along the way, I turned my experiences into frameworks others could use, which eventually became my books: Siddhartha Sets a Goal, Escape and Self-Actualize, and Manifesting Secrets. My goal has never been to impress people with my story, but to show them what’s possible when they stop settling and start living in alignment with their deeper purpose.

For your listeners, I bring a practical, grounded approach to spirituality and manifesting. I can help them understand why they feel stuck, how to get clarity, how to trust their intuition again, and even how to find their way out of stagnance or an oppressive situation. I’m here to offer tools they can use immediately—simple but powerful practices that lead to deeper insight, better decisions, and more authentic outcomes.

If your audience is looking for grounded spiritual growth, real-world manifesting, and an honest look at what it takes to create a life that truly fits, I’d love to share everything I’ve learned.

Ryan Williamson, MD | Board-Certified Neurologist | Navy Veteran | Owner and Founder of Transcend Health

My life has been shaped by early loss and tragedy, which led me to pursue a career in medicine to better help others relieve suffering. In the early years of my clinical practice, I was able to sharpen my skills in the military by working with sailors and Marines, including special forces, to elevate their performance on and off the battlefield. This was incredibly gratifying, however after returning to civilian medicine, I realized how many people suffered needlessly from preventable, chronic disease that ultimately shortened their lives.

This led me to focus on a practical, evidence-based approach to disease prevention and to writing my first book, The Incredible Brain. Two days after committing to that path, my lifelong best friend died completely unexpectedly. Through yet another tragedy, I deeply questioned my existence, meaning, and purpose. After that reflection, I came to the realization that I have been put here to help more people and have since dedicated my life to helping others live longer, healthier, more impactful lives.

As part of that mission, I am looking to share this information with as many people as possible, which includes your audience, and why I would be honored to be a guest on your show.

    David Deighton

Artists Wear Many Hats: father, educator, and creative dedicated to active listening and bridging societal divides—using my work as a catalyst for transformative healing

I am an artist, educator, a father, world traveler, French and American bi-national, political activist working on transformational experiences.

I am motivated by engaging strangers in the spirit on connection.

I'm focused on the taboo subject of politics but that word can be exchanged for a multitude of taboo subjects. I don't talk politics rather it's about healing community, bridging divides, transformation and exploring artistic expression.

For the last 6 years I have been actively engaging with strangers in public spaces, asking them to talk to their political opponents, listen to them and find commonalities. So far all has gone well without confrontation.

I've used a ton of gimmicks to invite strangers to speak to their political "enemies". I use interviews, wacky art installations, repurposed books and a bunch of my time to get people to reconcile their broken relationships and break down barriers with strangers. I try to get them to talk about the great taboo subject of politics and it works.

I wish to share what I have discovered and also share stories from my hundreds of encounters, my multiple travels around the World and insights into humanity.

I will invite your listeners to listen, actively listen to their political opposites. It's in listening that bridges can be built that strengthen the structures of our communities .

We all have this solution at our disposal and my invitation will be to discuss it while also sharing stories from many of my offbeat experiences.
