About this listen
With companies like Amazon, Wells Fargo, Wal-Mart, American Airlines, Glassdoor, IBM and X (formerly known as Twitter) dropping their DEIB initiatives, staff and/or funding, it seems like business doesn’t want to do inclusion. My take?
That these business should have a pipeline to success that allows all team members equal access to reach their potential, anyways. How odd is it to try and get people to stay mediocre when what our community needs is our creative genius?
In this episode, I dive into the notion that entrepreneurs have a responsibility towards developing leaders and transplanting solutions in communities - THIS is how we do business better.
