• Episode 22: God Over Ambition: Setting Goals That Last
    Jan 28 2026

    Send us a text

Everybody has goals, but not everybody has God in their goals.

The streets taught us to chase money.

The Spirit taught me to chase meaning.

You can chase a bag and still miss your purpose…

…but if you chase purpose, the bag will chase you.

In this episode, I break down what it really means to set goals that last not for a year, not for a season, but for a lifetime. This isn’t about hype, motivation, or New Year’s resolutions. This is about alignment, obedience, and becoming the person God can trust with the blessing.

    Inside this episode:

    • Why your WHY matters more than your goal

    • How Proverbs 16:9 exposes the truth about planning vs. God’s direction

    • Why goals without obedience collapse under pressure

    • How God transforms you before He promotes you

    • Why activity goals matter more than income goals

    • The power of compound consistency (30 minutes a day = 50+ hours a year)

    • Why God gives you the blueprint before the blessing

    • How faith, discipline, and identity shape long‑term success

    • Why the world calls it delusion, but Heaven calls it vision

This episode is for anyone who’s tired of chasing numbers, tired of comparing lanes, tired of rushing God’s timing — and ready to build something Heaven can put its hands on.

“God doesn’t bless ambition. He blesses obedience.”

If you’re ready to stop chasing hype and start building with purpose, this one is for you.

Some people think adversity is punishment.

But in God’s world, adversity is promotion.

In this raw and transparent episode, Jerry shares how the hardest seasons of his life didn’t crush him they cleansed him, refined him, and prepared him for the man he’s becoming. From childhood poverty to street danger to losing jobs and rebuilding from scratch, every trial became a tool God used to shape his character.

Drawing from 1 Peter 5:10, Romans 8:28, and the story of David running from Saul, this episode shows how God uses trouble to:

    • break off old habits

    • expose hidden weaknesses

    • build spiritual muscle

    • sharpen discernment

    • strengthen faith

    • prepare you for purpose

    You’ll hear:

    • Why distraction is the enemy of destiny

    • How God finds “the brightest pearls in the darkest pits”

    • Why trouble reveals your calling

    • How David survived betrayal, fear, and pressure without losing his heart

    • Why God sometimes takes your paycheck to show you your purpose

    • How sanctification is spiritual weight training

    • Why your pain will never be wasted

If you’re in a season that feels heavy, confusing, or unfair… this episode will remind you that God is not breaking you He’s baptizing you.

In this episode of Billionaire Discipleship, I break down a truth most people don’t want to hear:

Before God elevates a man publicly, He disciplines him privately.

This episode is a raw, unfiltered reflection on how God used the trenches the streets, survival, bad decisions, close calls, and painful losses to build discernment, patience, and faith that now applies to business, family, and leadership.

Using James 1:2–4, Psalm 144:1, Matthew 6:31–33, and Romans 12:19, I explain why trials aren’t punishment their preparation.

I share real stories from my past:

    •Life-or-death moments in the streets

    •Learning discernment the hard way

•How street wisdom became business wisdom

    •Why forgiveness protected my future

•How faith gets louder when options disappear

This episode is for anyone who feels like:

•You’ve been through too much for no reason

•Your past disqualifies you from purpose

•God is silent in your struggle

The truth is: God doesn’t waste pain. He repurposes it.

Discernment kept me alive in the streets.

Wisdom keeps me alive in business.

Faith keeps me aligned with God’s timing.

  • Episode 19: From Crack Rocks to The Rock: Why Jesus Is the Real Addiction
    Jan 7 2026

    Send us a text

Crack is one of the most addictive substances in the world.

It’s made with a recipe: coke, water, cutting agents, and extreme heat until it rocks up.

But what if there’s a similar recipe for the soul one that doesn’t destroy you, but builds you?

In this episode, we break down a street to Bible parallel that reveals why addiction is really misplaced hunger, and why Jesus Christ is the only Rock that survives the pressure.

📖 John 10:10 The thief steals, kills, and destroys. Jesus brings abundant life.

    Street Recipe vs. Kingdom Recipe

    Street recipes make you dependent.

    Kingdom recipes make you disciplined.

    God’s formula:

God + a craft + the Holy Spirit + life’s pressure → until your foundation is Christ.

📖 1 Corinthians 3:11 No foundation lasts except Jesus.

    We break down:

    • Depending on God

    • Cultivating mastery

    • The Holy Spirit as the cutting agent

    • Pressure that shapes instead of breaks

    • Christ as the Rock

📖 James 1:5 Choose wisdom, and wealth and wellbeing follow.

    Final Truth:

Christ is a different kind of addiction one that builds, sharpens, and strengthens.

📖 Matthew 6:33 Seek first the Kingdom.

    Question:

Are you addicted to what’s killing you or to the One who came to save you?

Be cracked out with Jesus. 🪨🔥

  • Episode 16: Fire-Tested Faith- Willing & Able If Not, I Still Believe
    Dec 10 2025

    Send us a text

In today’s episode, we dive into fire-tested faith, impossible dreams, and the kind of belief that stands strong even when the odds say you shouldn’t make it.

I talk about a dream that some people think is impossible touching $100 billion before I leave this earth. Not for flexing, but for impact. For stewardship. For the projects, the tools, and the resources that could change lives for generations. The goal isn’t just wealth… it’s legacy. I only want to pass on $10 billion across the next 100 generations, creating $100M dividends for every child in every generation.

Because money is a tool. God is the source.

People look at where I came from and say the dream is impossible. But God already said it’s done walk in His name. Because faith is walking like it’s finished even when it looks like it hasn’t even started.

I break down the real definitions of impossible and faith, and why I refuse to live small when I serve a big God. And I keep it a buck… there’s a chance I don’t hit 100 billion. The odds are stacked. But whether I touch 100B, 1B, or 1M, I will still serve and follow the Lord. What started as chasing money became cultivating a relationship with God and creating this powerful blend of business and Christ.

The money is just the tool.

    The transformation is His.

We also talk about the furnace moments the times the enemy tries to use the fire to destroy you, but God uses that same fire to reveal you. Reveal the growth you still need. Reveal the habits that needed to die. Reveal how you treat your wife, how you love your family, how you lead your home.

All of it comes out in the fire.

I walk through the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in Daniel 3 — the original “if not, I still believe” warriors. They said:

“The God we serve is able to deliver us… but even if He does not, we will not serve your gods.”

That’s real faith. That’s fire faith. That’s the mindset that inspires me to step into my own flames.

And what’s wild is how the story ends: they walked out without ash, without burns, without even the smell of smoke. That’s the level of transformation Christ brings. He’ll rewrite your story so good, people can’t even smell where you came from.

    Hebrews 11:1

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

So here’s the question I leave you with until the next episode:

The furnace tested their faith, but the fire revealed their God. Will your faith set the temperature in your life… or will the impossible make you fold?
