Dr. Erik Reynolds is a pastor and educator. Before becoming a pastor, Erik served as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the United States Army. As an NCO, one of his main responsibilities was training soldiers. This background has given Erik a passion for training Christians in Biblical Studies, Theology, and how to live out their faith. Basic Training seeks to help Christians understand the Bible and the Christian faith through systematic learning. Dr. Reynolds teaches Biblical Worldview, Biblical Theology, and Evangelism at the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies. He also serves as the Ministry Year Coordinator with the Ministry Training Institute (MTI).
