After Nanna Debs felt unwell in the last episode, Connie has been a bit overprotective and isn’t listening. She needs to learn that her Nan knows her own limits... so Nanna Debs takes everyone to the dance floor to show that exercise can be for everyone!

Connie and the gang have been doing some tai chi 🙆‍♀️, bean can weightlifting 🥫 and even a supermarket sweep 🛒 on Planet Exercise! 🪐 But now, Connie wants to turn things up a notch…

“Wow, this zone looks much more intense. There’s step trainers that go on and on, speed walking zones, a racetrack! And just look at those bikes with a big screen on that makes it look like you’re riding anywhere in the world! I fancy that!”

The customers dive into a fun chair exercise bootcamp, while Connie and Nana Debs hop on the “ride anywhere” bikes 🚴 travelling to the jungle, a sweet factory and even the moon! 🌝

But when it all gets a bit too much for Nan, Connie learns that exercise doesn’t always have to be super intense to be good medicine for people with Parkinson's 💊❤️

Connie’s Nanna Debs and Uncle Chris are planning an exercise class for a live TV show, happening right at the Armchair Adventures travel agency! 🎥 🏋️

“The class is going to be on TV! A live broadcast, this afternoon! They’re coming with all the cameras, lights and everything! Me, your Nan and all your customers on live TV!! Woohoo!”

They’re planning the class with the help with Nan's friends from Parkinson's UK as Connie's Nanna Debs has recently been told she has Parkinson's - an illness that affects your brain and how you move.🧠

Connie learns that exercise is like a medicine for people living with Parkinson's so she’s determined to help plan the class… there's just one problem…Connie doesn’t know anything about exercise! 😟⁉️

Nanna Debs gets the idea to go to 🪐PLANET EXERCISE🪐 on an Armchair Adventure to help her learn more!

People. People are what make a house a home. On realising this, in this final episode, Connie and the gang set about putting on a welcome party for the family when they arrive. They think of everything: tables, chairs, welcome flags, and even an exploding barbecue. 😯

Uncle Chris’s Community Theatre Company point out that a welcome party is all very well and good, but it's everyday kindness that makes people feel at home. Connie learns local communities can play a massive part in making others feel welcome, safe, and loved. 💛

In part two, we continue our adventure to learn how to make a house a home. We meet John-Paul, an artist and visionary with a keen creative eye. He helps Connie and the gang find the inspiration to decorate the house using a ‘special things’ box the family sent. 🎨🖌️

“Special things’ boxes are very special and can also be magical. They are packed with inspiration. Connie, take the first object out of the family’s special things box and see where the inspiration takes us...”

By the end of the episode, the decoration in the family’s new house matches the family’s interests, passions, and energy. But it is still missing one final ingredient to make a house a home. What could it be? 🤔
