    Continuous Improvement

In this episode, we explore Continuous Improvement and the organisational mindset required to sustain Asset Management maturity over time. Through the lens of Organisational Change Management, we discuss how continuous improvement relies on culture, leadership, learning, and organisational adaptability. We also examine why resistance to change often occurs when improvement initiatives are experienced as constant disruption rather than meaningful progress toward long-term value realization.
